| 摘 要： | 从数字视频监控系统的需求出发，设计并实现了一种基于Windows CE．NET的嵌入式PC视频监控系统。分析TWindows CE．NET在系统应用和开发中的特性；讨论了系统结构设计和组成；论述了通过平台创建工具构建OS镜像NK．BIN以快速定制嵌入式PC平台、Windows CE．NETV运用Windriver快速开发硬件驱动以及利用DirectX技术解决视频数据实时预览等关键技术。实测表明，系统开发简单、高效，运行稳定，可扩展性强。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the property of Windows CE.NET in application and development of embedded PC video surveillance system , discusses the design of system structure and its hardware and software components. Mainly, the paper discusses key techniques in the implementation of system from three aspects including quickly customing and building OS image NK.BIN, using WinDriver to develop video-capture card driver, and using DirectX for video preview. The process of system development is simple and efficient .The system performs steadily and has a good scalablility. |
