基于VC的智能甲醛监测软件设计与应用

摘    要:目前工厂对生产过程中甲醛计量的监测仍存在较大空白,对此设计符合工厂环境的多点甲醛监测装备,并基于此开发了远程控制软件,即智能甲醛监测软件。该软件基于VC++的开发平台采用面向对象的C++语言,运用SQLite数据库及PlotLab可视化设计完成编程。软件最终实现网络化、智能化监控,具备可拓展性、移植能力强等特点,通过测试显示,运行稳定。

Abstract:At present,there is still a large gap in the monitoring of formaldehyde measurement in the production process.This paper designs a multi-point formaldehyde monitoring equipment in line with the factory environment,and develops a remote control software,namely intelligent formaldehyde monitoring software.The software is based on VC++development platform,used object-oriented C++language,SQLite database and PlotLab visual design to complete the programming.It realizes the purpose of networking and intelligent monitoring,has the characteristics of expansibility and strong transplantation ability,and runs stably through the test.
