摘    要:电话营销作为一种营销手段,在国外已经获得了广泛的应用并已经形成了一个巨大的产业.随着移动增值业务在我国的推广应用,移动增值业务电话营销系统的建设将会成为电信企业的新投资热点.根据浙江联通部分地市分公司对移动增值业务推广的实际需求,介绍移动增值业务电话营销系统实现的技术基础,以及系统的建设目标、总体结构和座席业务的实现.
