摘    要:航班延误导致机场事先安排好的登机桥调度方案无法满足实时需求,为了使机场在航班延误时能够更有效地运行,就需要对登机桥进行再调度。通过分析基于航班延误的登机桥调度问题的目标,基于人工蜂群算法,提出机场登机桥调度以停靠在远机位航班数,航班登机桥原有对应关系的改动数及乘客进港所用时长加权之和最小为目标的调度模型。该模型可用于机场在预先知道延误航班信息的前提下,对不同时段的延误航班实现对登机桥的高效再调度,很大程度上提高机场运行控制的效率。通过国内某大型机场的某天某时段的实际航班信息进行实验及仿真,结果表明,该模型及方法可以很好地利用到机场实际运行中。

Abstract:Due to flight delays,the airport s pre-arranged boarding bridge scheduling scheme cannot meet the real-time demand.In order to make the airport operate more effectively during the delay,the boarding bridge needs to be re-scheduled .By analyzing the target of the flight delay scheduling problem based on flight delay,and based on the artificial bee colony algorithm,we proposed an airport boarding bridge scheduling model with the objective of minimizing the weighted sum of the number of flights parked at far-end location,the number of changes in the original corresponding relationship between the boarding bridge and the time of passengers entry.The model could be used to efficiently re-schedule the boarding bridge for delayed flights at different times on the premise of delaying flight information in advance,and it improved the efficiency of airport operation control.The experiment and simulation were carried out through the actual flight information of a certain day at a certain domestic airport.The experimental results show that the model and method can be used well in the actual operation of the airport.
