摘    要:针对无人机监管难的问题,提出一种基于蜂窝移动网的无人机监管系统。该系统通过蜂窝移动网将分散在不同空域的无人机的位置及态势信息收集传输到云数据中心。中心判断无人机飞行轨迹和禁飞区之间的位置关系,对可能发生的碰撞和违法飞行事件发出预警,并将数据实时推送至监管平台,实现对无人机实时监管的设计目标。实验结果表明,该系统能够对平台下的无人机进行有效的监管与预警,能够精准警告可能违法飞行的无人机,为实现对民用无人机的有效监管提供了一种解决方案。

Abstract:Aiming at the difficulty of UAV supervision,we proposed a UAV supervision system based on cellular mobile network. The system collected and transmits the position and situation information of UAVs dispersed in different airspace to cloud data center through cellular mobile network. The center judged the position relationship between UAV flight trajectory and no-fly zone,and gave forewarning of possible collisions and illegal flight events. The data were pushed to the monitoring platform in real time to achieve the design goal of UAV real-time monitoring. The experimental results show that the system can effectively monitor and warn the UAVs under the platform,and can accurately warn the illegal flying UAVs. It provides a solution for the effective supervision of the civil UAVs.
