| 摘 要： | 阐述了基于WEB开发技术的城市住房用地分割登记管理信息系统的设计与实现。系统采用MVC模式,运用Struts和Hibernate来处理页面逻辑和对象的持久化工作。主要功能包括分割登记申请管理、分割登记受理管理、土地登记分割管理、土地登记审批管理、土地登记卡管理、土地证打印管理、收费管理等。其特点是:实用性强、易于维护、操作简便、效率高。 |
