| 摘 要： | 本文介绍一个面向订单的生声计划自动生成系统。作为我国自主开发的第一套半导体材料计算机辅助制造(SM-CAM)系统的核心模块，该系统台理地解决了硅材料生产的订单管理、生产资源的综合分析和生产能力平衡的计算，并能自动生成生产计划。该系统已成功地投入运行。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the system of automatic creation of manufacturing plan for semiconductor material manufacturing,which adopts the order form oriented management mode.In China it is developed first.As a core of the computer aided manufacturing system for semiconductor material(SM CAM),it well solved the computed problem of order management,synthetically analyzing and counterpoising capability for silicon material manufacturing resource.Using the system a manufacturing plan can be automatically created. |
