摘    要:针对传统红外气体探测装置检测气体种类单一和光源稳定性差的缺点,该文设计了一种基于非分光红外(NDIR)技术的多组分气体检测系统。使用四窗口热电堆红外气体探测器,同时检测CO、CO2和HC这3种气体的浓度,并设计了恒功率光源电路,保证了光源发光的稳定性。以内部集成14位ADC和PGA模块的PSoC单片机为核心,相比传统气体探测装置,在保证检测精度的同时,有效减小了外围电路的大小,提高了装置的一体性,同时也降低了成本。设计了LabVIEW上位机,对气体浓度进行实时监测,并给出各组分气体浓度的标定方法。该检测系统成本低,小型化便于携带,探测气体误差在2%以内。

Abstract:Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional infrared gas detection device in detecting the single type of gas and the poor stability of the light source,a multi-component gas detection system based on non-spectral infrared(NDIR) technology was designed. The infrared gas detector of the thermoelectric reactor with 4 Windows was used to detect the concentration of CO,CO2 and HC at the same time,and the constant power light source circuit was designed to ensure the stability of the light source. With internal integration 14-bit ADC and PGA modules PSoC microcontroller as the core,compared with the traditional gas detection device,the guarantee accuracy at the same time,effectively reduce the size of the peripheral circuit,improved the device of oneness,also reduced the cost. The upper computer of Lab VIEW is designed to monitor the gas concentration in real time,and the calibration method of the gas concentration of each component is given. The detection system has low cost,miniaturization and portability,and the detection gas error is less than 2%.
