| 摘 要： | 随着Profibus总线在工业领域的发展,越来越多的现场仪表、设备都提出了Profibus总线通信的要求。文中采用dsPIC高性能数字信号控制器和专用通信芯片VPC3+C相结合的方案,设计了一种Modbus-Profibus-DP总线适配器,并详细介绍了总线适配器的总体结构,硬件接口电路和软件流程图。该总线适配器已成功应用于中石化某机械厂自动控制系统,为实现Modbus协议和Profibus-DP协议的相互转换提供了一种切实、有效的解决方案。 |

| Abstract: | With the development of Profibus in industry,increasing local instruments and equipments require Profibus communication interface.The Modbus-Profibus-DP Bus Adapter was designed by combining dsPIC digital signal controller and intelligent communication chip VPC3+C.This paper introduced overall structure,hardware interface circuit and flow chart of software for bus adapter.The Bus Adapter has been successfully applied in automatic control system for a machinery factory of SINOPEC,which provided a effective solutions for protocol convertor between Modbus and Profibus-DP. |
