职能导向的毕业专题制作

职能(Occupational Competency)是职场工作中的主动态度、抗压能力、沟通技巧、团队合作等,不仅可以提升个人的工作竞争力,而且能带动企业的效能。在一般的信息相关科系,学生毕业前会进行毕业专题制作,模式是由学生自行组队、自行寻找指导老师、自行选择想要研究的题目或领域——这样的模式与现实有明显差距。本计划尝试改变教学实施方法,强调过程胜于成果,希望能贴近职场工作氛围,让学生体验软件开发初期的不确定性、学习团队内部与外部的沟通合作,藉由团队间良性竞争产生的压力,提升学生自我学习新技术的能力,拥有整合与开发大型系统的经验。其中最重要的是借学生团队互动的过程来自我发现(self-discovery),以建立正确的职场工作态度(Work Ethic)。
