| 摘 要： | DNA computing is a new method based on biochemical reactions and molecular biology technology.The paper first introduces the basic principle and advantages of DNA computing, and then surveys DNA computing and DNA computer, finally, points out current existing problems and future search directions of DNA computing and DNA computer.
