矿井胶轮车运输信号系统的分布式架构设计

摘    要:分析了矿井胶轮车运输信号系统的架构设计,指出应采用分布式架构,以提高系统的可靠性与实时性;介绍了分布式系统结构,比较了RS485总线和CAN总线两种通信方式,提出将CAN总线作为系统的主传输通道;介绍了胶轮车运输信号系统的分布式架构及其工作流程。实际应用证明,与传统的主从式架构系统相比,基于分布式架构的胶轮车运输信号系统具有更高的可靠性和实时性。

Abstract:The paper analyzed structure design of transportation signal system for mine rubber-tyred locomotive and pointed out that distributed structure should be used for higher reliability and real-time performance.It introduced structure of distributed control system and proposed taking CAN bus as main transmission method after comparing RS485 with CAN bus.It also introduced the distributed structure and working flow of transportation signal system for mine rubber-tyred locomotive.The application showed that the transportation signal system for mine rubber-tyred locomotive based on distributed structure has higher reliability and real-time performance than the system based on traditional master-slave structure.
