加热炉智能温度预控模型系统的应用

摘    要:莱钢宽厚板步进梁式加热炉因原模型过于理想化,会出现耗能大、板坯氧化烧损严重等状况.现对步进梁式加热控制系统进行软硬件升级,建立炉温设定模型,将遗传算法应用于炉温控制并智能预测板坯在炉内时间的控制,合理安排加热时间,应用良好.

Abstract:Resulting from the overly idealized model,some serious states exit in the stepping beam-style furnace of wide and heavy plates in Laiwu Iron and Steel Group,such as great energy consumption and oxygenation burning loss of slabs.Now the hardware and software upgrades to stepping beam-style heating control system are completed.The setting model of furnace temperature is established,the genetic algorithm is applied into temperature control and intelligent forecast of the time of slab in furnace and then the heating time can be controlled reasonably.
