摘    要:多数瞬态压力信号的测量是在恶劣环境下进行的,用静态校准的特性直接用于动态参量的测量会给测量结果带来很大误差,为了减小测试环境对测试系统的影响,提高测试数据的置信度,提出了环境因子校准的思想.文中分析了两类环境力信号对测试系统输出信号的影响,介绍了火炮膛压测试仪和石油井下射孔压力测试仪的环境因子校准系统组成及工作原理.经...

Abstract:Most transient pressure signals are measured in harsh environment. The static calibration characteristics of the testing system directly used for dynamic measurement will bring serious errors to the measurement results. In order to reduce the impact of test environment on the testing systems, and improve confidence of test data, the idea of environmental factor calibration is put forward. In the paper, the influence of two kinds of environmental signals to the output of the testing systems is analyzed. The system structures and working principles of two environmental factor calibration systems are introduced. Two calibration systems are chamber pressure measurement systems and oil-well perforating pressure measurement systems. After environmental factor calibration, the reliability and precision of the testing systems are improved greatly. Accurate and reliable test data can provide important basis for scientific research and technology development.
