高精度数字跟踪式压电陶瓷驱动电源设计

摘    要:设计了一种数字跟踪式复合结构的压电陶瓷驱动电源。采用数字式自适应信号源,驱动高精度运放OP07和高压大电流运放PA04组成复合式放大器,通过合理的相位补偿、保护电路设计和散热计算,实现高精度低漂移的压电陶瓷驱动。

Abstract:A PZT power supply with high accuracy and low drift is developed,which include digital tracking signal generator,composite amplifier and phase compensation circuits,etc.This composite amplifier uses a low voltage amplifier OP07 to control accuracy and drift,and the PA04 acts as voltage and current booster which are selected to diver piezotransducers.Furthermore,the stability of the composite amplifier are analyzed in detail,and optimum heatsinking are considered to improve the thermal resistance rating of heatsinks.The simulating results show this design is reasonable and effective.
