摘    要:设计并实现了基于OPC协议采集生产监控系统实时数据,通过TCP/IP协议完成远程数据报送的IO Server,该系统同时具有支持断点续传的数据管理以及系统配置功能。该系统成功应用于转炉炼钢专家系统,为专家决策系统提供现场实时数据。

Abstract:This paper design and implement an IO Server system,which include real-time data acquisition based on OPC protocol from production monitoring and controlling system and remote data transmitted based on TCP/IP.At the same time,the system also has the functions of data management with characteristics of resuming capability and customized system configuration.The IO Server System has been applied in the expert system of basic oxygen furnace(BOF) steelmaking successfully, which provides expert decision support system with real-time data.
