摘 要: | 影响电动车成本和性能最重要的因素有:控制器、电机、蓄电池。以STM8S903K3为主控芯片,设计出一款用于控制无位置传感器无刷直流电机的纯电动车控制器来降低电机成本、提高控制器稳定性。首先给出电动车控制系统总体结构框图,然后详细讲解了系统主要模块的电路原理图和软件流程图。通过软硬件结合法来确定无位置传感器无刷直流电机换相时刻。在雅迪电动车上的测试结果证明该控制器能很好的控制无位置传感器无刷直流电机的运转。

Abstract: | ControI er,motor and battery are most important factors that decide eIectric vehicIe's cost and performance.Based on STM8S903K3 as main controI chip,this paper designs a pure eIectric vehicIe controI er that can controI the senseIess brushIess DC motor to reduce the cost of motor and improve the stabiIity of the controI er.FirstIy,the paper shows a bIock diagram of the overaI controI system of the eIectric vehicIe.Then the paper expIains in detaiI the circuit diagram of the main moduIes and software fIow chart.Through the method of a combination of hardware and software to determine the senseIess brushIess DC motor commutation time. |
