新型高线性度分段激磁式扭矩传感器的研究

摘    要:扭矩的准确测量对实现机械设备的自动控制有着重要的作用,为此,设计了一种新型分段激磁的高线性度扭矩传感器。传感器的激磁绕组为分段式,传感器转轴受到扭矩作用时,输出绕组经过电磁耦合输出与负载扭矩呈正比关系的感应电势,并找到了传感器输出特性呈较高度线性时,激磁线圈与输出线圈的匝数比的范围约为0.56~0.59。推导了传感器的输出特性,构建了传感器的数学模型。最后采用扭转试验机对传感器进行了标定,实验结果表明传感器的灵敏度约为1.05 m V/(N·m),重复性误差约为±0.38%,非线性误差约为±0.26%,迟滞误差约为±0.37%。

Abstract:It is important to measure the mechanical equipment torque accurately for its auto-control, therefore, a new structure high linearity torque sensor with piecewise excitation is designed in this paper. The excitation windings are piecewise, when torque is loading, the output windings produce induction potential which is proportional to the torque through electromagnetic coupling, and the turns ratio range of excitation coil and the output winding is about 0.56-0.59 when the output characteristic of the sensor is highly linearity. The output characteristic of sensor is deduced, and its mathematical models are constructed. The sensor is calibrated by torsion testing machine, the experimental data indicated the sensitivity of the sensor is about, the maximum repeatability error is about 0.38% , the maximum non-linear error is about 0.26%, the maximum hysteresis error is about 0.37%
