石英挠性加速度计中补偿环的优化设计

摘    要:温度对石英挠性加速度计力矩器磁路的稳定性有着极大的影响,进而使标度因数发生变化。为了提高石英挠性加速度计的稳定性和测量精度,首先利用ANSYS有限元仿真分析磁路中气隙处的磁场分布,确定了力矩线圈最优工作位置,减少因摆片上下摆动引起的测量误差;然后对比了在-20℃~60℃时有无补偿环对工作气隙磁通密度的影响,验证了补偿环的温度补偿作用;最后结合实验数据,对温度在20℃~60℃范围内变化时补偿环的尺寸进行了优化。结果表明,在线圈最优工作位置以及补偿环适当尺寸下,工作气隙磁场的温度稳定性得到了很大提高。

Abstract:Temperature has a great impact on the stability of the magnetic circuits of torque in quartz flexible accel?erometer,which will further change the scale factor. In order to improve the stability of the accelerometer system , this paper first uses ANSYS to analyze the distribution of magnetic field,to find out the optimal working position of the coil,and to reduce the measurement error caused by the swing up and down of the quartz pendulous reed. Then by comparing the air-gap magnetic flux density from-20℃to 60℃,this paper verifies the significance of the tem?perature compensation of the compensation ring. Finally according to the experimental data,this paper optimizes the size of the compensation ring when the temperature varies from 20℃~60℃. The results show that on the condi?tion of the optimal coil position and optimal compensation ring size,the temperature stability of the operation air-gap magnetic field has been greatly improved.
