摘    要:为了提高非色散红外(NDIR,Non-Dispersion Infrared)二氧化碳(CO2)气体传感器的标定效率,提出一种针对NDIR单通道CO2气体传感器的高效快速标定算法。首先采集m个传感器节点在不同温度、不同浓度下对应的电压值;然后对于每个节点,将它的数据点(温度,浓度,输出电压)进行曲面拟合,拟合后的曲面作为候选曲面;测量待标定传感器的6个在不同温度、不同浓度下对应的输出电压数据点,选择一个与这6个数据点最优匹配的曲面,以此作为待标定传感器的标定曲面。实验结果表明,算法标定准确性和可靠性高,按照5%+50×10-6的精度,算法标定的数据合格率达到99%。

Abstract:In order to improve the calibration efficiency of non-dispersion infrared(Non-Dispersion Infrared,NDIR)carbon dioxide(CO2)gas sensor,an efficient and fast calibration algorithm for NDIR single-channel CO2 gas sensor is proposed.First,we collect the corresponding voltage values of m sensor nodes at different temperatures and different concentrations.Then for each node,we perform surface fitting on its data points(temperature,concentration,output voltage),and use the fitted surface as a candidate surface.At last,we measure the 6 output voltage data points of the sensor to be calibrated at different temperatures and different concentrations,and select a curved surface that best matches these 6 data points as the calibration surface of the sensor to be calibrated.The experimental results show that the calibration accuracy and reliability of the algorithm are high.The pass rate of the algorithm calibration reaches 99%according to the accuracy of 5%+50×10-6.
