摘    要:针对无创血压测量过程中易受手臂运动干扰影响测量准确度,设计研究了一种无创血压测量中抗运动干扰系统。该系统在常规的无创血压测量基础上,通过集成MEMS加速度传感器,实时采集血压测量过程中手臂运动的加速度信号,并将该信号作为自适应滤波器的参考信号来抵消原始信号中的运动干扰。实验结果表明该系统对测量过程中手臂局部运动的血压检测具有较好的抗运动干扰作用。该方法可用于其他已经存在的可穿戴的动态血压监测系统当中,提高其抗干扰能力,并对其他人体生理参数的穿戴式检测技术具有重要意义。

Abstract:Since the blood pressure measurement is susceptible to the arm movement in the process of measurement, this paper implements a noninvasive blood pressure system with an anti-noise algorithm. The system based on the conventional noninvasive blood pressure measurement,collect the real-time information of the arm movement during the measurement by the use of a MEME acceleration transducer,which is used as the reference input of a self-adap-tive filter to eliminate the motion artifact by using the self-adaptive filtering algorithm. The experimental results show that the system is resistant to the partial arm motion artifact in the process of measuring blood pressure measure-ment. The method can be used by the other wearable blood pressure measurement system and improve its anti-inter-ference ability.
