基于改进拟牛顿-K近邻的TDOA定位算法

摘    要:为了提高TDOA声源定位方法室内定位的速度和准确度。本文提出一种改进拟牛顿-K近邻(IQN-IKN)方法。基于定位方程相邻三次迭代结果构造近似矩阵,并采用近似矩阵逼近雅可比矩阵,提高拟牛顿方法定位中非线性定位方程的求解速度;提出基于密集距离法的K近邻方法,进行定位估计结果的寻优,提高定位的准确性。实验结果表明,相对于传统拟牛顿算法,改进算法具有更快的定位估计速度及更高的定位准确性。

A modified quasi Newton-KNN algorithm for TDOA localization
Abstract:In order to improve the speed and accuracy of location estimation of TDOA sound source location system, in this paper, an modified quasi-Newton algorithm and an modified K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm (IQN-IKN) are presented. In order to improve the speed of solving nonlinear localization equation in quasi-Newton algorithm, approximate matrices are constructed by three adjacent iterative results of the location equation and used to approximate Jacobian matrices of quasi Newton. In order to further improve the accuracy of localization system, an modified K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm is presented by dense distance method. The experimental results show that the modified algorithm has faster estimation speed and higher positioning accuracy than the traditional algorithm.
