矿用锂离子电池组均衡管理系统研究

摘    要:针对矿用大容量锂离子电池组在使用过程中,由于单体电池的性能差异,长时间充、放电过程中容量差异不断增大,最终导致锂离子电池组性能急剧下降缩短循环寿命缩短的问题,对多种电池组均衡充电技术进行研究并结合煤矿用防爆电气设备的结构特点,设计出一种适用于煤矿用锂离子电池电源的主动均衡型控制系统,该系统根据电池组中各单体电池的不同状态,在完成主充电状态后,通过均衡控制电路对电压较低的单体电池进行均衡充电,实现整组电池的均衡。通过实验和工业应用结果表明,该均衡控制系统可实现均衡充电误差小于30mV,锂离子电池组使用寿命大幅延长。

Abstract:Because of the difference of the single lithium ion battery performance, long time charging, discharging process leads to increasing capacity differenceand the lithium ion battery performance and drop sharply shorten shorten the life cycle. To solve this problem,it designs a kind of active balancing type is suitable for the coal mine of lithium ion batteries for power supply control system which combines a variety of battery research and coal mine explosion-proof electrical equipment with the structure characteristics of technology. In the charged state after the completion of the system, according to the different state of each monomer battery in battery, the equilibrium control circuit for equalization charging for single battery voltage low and made implement the whole group battery equalization. Through the experiment and industrial application results show that balance control system can realize the equalization error less than 30 mV and Lithium ion battery service life is greatly prolonged.
