摘    要:在分析传统FPP方法不足的基础上, 提出了一种求解存贮运输问题的新方法——运输费用分解法. 研究了该方法的特点和适应范围, 并应用该方法求解了一类多品种多周期随机需求的存贮运输问题,构造了求解该问题的启发式算法. 实验结果表明,TCPP方法能够有效地求解复杂的多周期随机存贮运输问题.

Abstract:On the basis of the analysis of the defects of the Fixed Partition Policies(FPP)method, a new heuristic method for solving Joint Inventory and Transportation Problem(JITP), Transportation Cost Partition Policies(TCPP) method is proposed. Features and applicability of this method is presented. A mathematic model of a periodic review stochastic JITP consisting of one distribution center and many consumers with order up to R inventory policy and Vehicle Routing Problem(VRP) is built. TCPP method is used to solve the problem by developing a heuristic algorithm. The method is tested by computational experiments finally.
