摘    要:针对海量地形数据实时可视化问题,提出了一种瓦片金字塔模型和线性四叉树索引相结合的地形数据管理模式.利用视景体裁剪和基于分辨率测试的目标瓦片快速搜索算法实现了地形数据的实时装载,采用基于动态二叉树构网的方法实现了地形数据的实时绘制.实验表明,文中方法能够实现基于当前PC机的真实感海量地形数据实时显示与交互操作.

Abstract:A framework based on tile-pyramid model and linear quadtree tile-index is put forward for the real-time visualization of massive terrain dataset The real-time loading of terrain dataset is achieved by employment of the view frustum culling technology and the target-tile searching algorithm based on resolution-testing The dynamic binary tree triangulation is used for the real-time rendering of the terrain tiles The experimental results show that this framework can achieve good performance for real-time rendering of massive terrain dataset running on the current personal computers
