主起电液伺服加载系统非线性控制仿真与试验

摘    要:以某型飞机主起落架电液伺服加载系统为例,给出了加载系统输出力矩跟踪空气动力载荷谱的非线性控制规律,建立了系统仿真模型,进行了不同状况下起落架加载过程的仿真。仿真结果表明:非线性控制加载系统采用零开口及小预开口伺服阀的控制效果好;误差权重的选择影响系统的跟踪控制特性,合适的误差权重会减小实际力矩的动态误差。论文还给出了非线性控制的试验结果。

Abstract:The electro-hydraulic loading system for a main undercarriage is of essential nonlinear and has strong disturbance from the motion of undercarriage. This paper has given the nonlinear mathematics model and simulation model of the system, has designed the nonlinear control law, have carried out simulation in different condition, such as different open type of the servo valve and different error weight. Simulation results show that the servo valve with zero or some open valve at intermediate position has good control effect, and the option of error weight affects system trail control property, suitable error weight can reduce the dynamic error of the loading. The test result of nonlinear control has also been given.
