通过提取社会对于慈善组织信息公开和监督的需求，提出一种基于大数据分析的公益组织慈善信息开发与利用研究方法。给出慈善信息公众需求属性，构建公益组织慈善信息大数据采集机制，通过分布式系统技术特点，建立慈善信息大数据开发与利用框架，确立慈善大数据开发和利用的目标、流程和体系方案。基于社会需求，解析慈善数据开发与利用过程中的现实矛盾问题和挑战，寻找解决问题的对策，提高慈善大数据的有效应用。

Research on the Development and Utilization of Charity Big Data of Public Welfare Organization under the View of Society Demand

According to the demand of the society to the disclosure and supervision of charity information through the investigation, proposes a big data research method to develop and analyzes the mass charity information. Gives the demand characters and establishes the collection mechanism of the charity big data. Based on the distributed technology, builds the utilization framework of the charity information, cur-tains the objectives, process and system scheme of the use of charity data as to the establishment and development of the method. Based on the demand of society, solves the problems and challenges as to the process of using and development of the charity data, looks for the countermeasures to solve the problem, promotes the forming of charity data culture, improves the effective application of the charitable da-ta.
