| 摘 要： | 分析了执行数字VCR操作对网络带宽和编码的复杂度的影响，采用了基于双向流的帧选择方案；在需要网络带宽和解码复杂度最小的情况下实现数字VCR操作．介绍了视频泵的软件体系结构及基于MPEG视频流系统数字VCR操作的实现。

| Abstract: | In this paper,we analyse the affect of network bandwidth and the decoder complexity to implement full VCR functionality. This paper propose a minimum-cost frame-selection scheme, which can minimize the number of frames needed to be sent over the network and to be decoded. This paper also described the architecture of video pump software and the implementation of an MPEG video streaming system. |
