基于PCC的大型抽水蓄能机组调速器的研制

摘    要:当前,我国大型抽水蓄能机组调速器几乎全部依赖进口,研制国产化的大型抽水蓄能机组调速器十分迫切。本文详细阐述了基于PCC平台对大型抽水蓄能机组调速器进行的研究开发,包括双机冗余切换控制系统、TPU模式的高精度频率测量、采用有限状态机方法处理抽水蓄能机组复杂的工况转换关系、根据实时多任务操作系统来构建软件结构。最后将研制的调速器和研制的抽水蓄能机组仿真仪闭环对接进行了一系列试验,试验结果表明,所研制的调速器能够承担大型抽水蓄能机组的调节任务,具有良好的调节性能。

Abstract:At present, governor for large pumped storage units is almost completely dependent on import in our country, it is very urgent to research and develop domestic governor for large pumped storage units. This paper elaborates the research and development on governor for large pumped storage units based on PCC, including dual-redundancy switching control system, high-precision frequency measurement in TPU mode, dealing w:ith the complex relationship among operating conditions of the units by adopting the method of finite state machine, building the software architecture according to real-time multitask operating system. And finally, the developed governor is connected in closed loop with the simulator of the developed pumped storage units to make a series of tests. The test result shows that the developed governor can undertake the regulation task of large pumped storage units with the good regulation performance.
