摘    要:提出了一种基于块的桌面布局机制,该机制将桌面划分成原子块,不同尺寸桌面元素镶嵌于这些块之中,呈现给用户进行交互。其智能性表现在最大程度理解用户意图的前提下,支持桌面元素对齐、重叠检测、用户手势增删及多桌面切换等特性。通过在PC(Linux操作系统)和嵌入式平台(Android操作系统)上对这一机制进行算法实现和性能仿真,从效率、操作便捷、用户界面友好等方面阐述了这一布局机制的实用价值和应用前景。

Abstract:This paper proposes an intellective mechanism for desktop layout. The whole desktop is divided into atomic blocks. Application icons andwidgets, as desktop elements, are embedded in these blocks. In this mechanism, there are several efficient algorithm to achieve humanized features, suchas auto-align, overlapping detect and gesture support. Implementation and performance evaluation on Swing and Android platform, illustrates its utilityvalue and prospect.
