电动汽车动力电池组管理系统设计

摘    要:根据动力电池组在电动汽车上的使用特点和要求,利用总线通讯技术,设计出电池组分布式管理系统,系统由一个电池组综合管理器和多个电池单体检测模块组成。为了克服电池组上的高压干扰,实现对每块电池单体电压的精确采集,在电池单体检测模块中设计了具有特色的压控恒流源电路。通过在电动汽车上的实际应用表明,系统运行稳定正常,可扩充性好,便于安装布置,有着广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:According to the application quality and request of traction battery packs which is used in electric transmission vehicle,Management system for battery packs is designed by the way of bus communication.The management system is composed of many single battery test modules and an integrated battery packs monitor.In order to overcome the high-vohage disturbance on battery packs,a new type of collection circuit called constant current source controlled by voltage is designed in Single battery test module,which realizes the precise collection to voltage of each battery.Via the application in electric transmission vehicle,it is sure that the whole system works well and stable,has the good ability to expand,is convenient for installation and arrangement,achieving the wide application foreground.
