| 摘 要： | 对多关节三维扫描仪的参数标定方法进行了研究。在准确推出三维空间坐标模型的基础上,提出了基于非线性最小二乘法思想的参数优化模型,继而提出了一种基于奇异值分解的最小二乘法的参数标定方法,在分析其适用范围之后,进一步提出了嵌入这种最小二乘法算子的混合遗传算法,这种算法综合了两者的优点,具有收敛速度快,精度高等优点,特别是其修正参数误差的范围比文献3、4的范围大大提高了。实验结果证明这种标定方法具有非常好的鲁棒性和工程应用价值。

| Abstract: | A new approach of hybrid genetic algorithms ,whic h is used to calibrate the structure parameters of the multi-joint 3D scanner,i s discussed by first introducing a mathematical model for measuring coordination and then establishing an error model based on the nonlinear least squares probl em.Furthermore a new approach of hybrid genetic algorithms ,including the oper ator of the nonlinear least squares algorithm which uses singular value decompos ition,is presented at large.The results of emulational experiment show that t he new approach inherit the excellence of the nonlinear least squares algorithm and genetic algorithm,it is satisfactory both in the convergence speed and the error precision. |
