| 摘 要： | 延迟制造是在满足客户个性化需求的同时提高响应速度、降低运作成本的有效策略。文章给出了延迟制造绩效评价的多级模糊评价指标体系,描述了其单一元素评估向量、权重及计算过程。文章最后指出了该体系和方法的后续研究方向。 |

| Abstract: | Postponement is an effective strategy to improve the responsiveness and reduce the costs in the market of customer individualization.The present article designs the multi -grade fuzzy evaluation index system of performance evaluation for postponement and further illustrates the calculation process.The article finally discusses the future directions of the evaluation system for postponement. |
