摘    要:首先介绍了对三维超心动图进行图像预处理方法,使用自适应中值滤波降噪,该滤波器采用了多尺度多方向的模板,根据图像各部分特性自适应地选择模板进行平滑滤波,兼顾了降噪和保边界;采用有偏距离和加权同心插值把三维规则不均匀的数据场变为规则均匀的数据场。然后分别采用Marching Cubes面重建和Ray Casting体重建方法,可视化规则均匀数据场得到较好的效果。本软件可以提高心脏瓣膜疾病诊断的准确率,具有一定的临床意义。

Abstract:A modified adaptive edge preserving smoothing algorithm using multiscale and multidirectional masks is proposed. Then a warped distance concentric interpolation method for three-dimensional echocardiographic images is presented. This method is possible to interpolate unequally distributed dataset to equally distributed dataset before three-dimensional rendering. By Marching Cubes and Ray Casting, the result of three-dimensional visualization is obtained by the interpolated regular dataset. This software package shows the possibility of diagnosing cardiac mitral valve disease.
