摘    要:从硬件和软件角度论述了以高性能单片机ADuC824为核心的石油闪点测试系统的设计,采用以光电传感器为核心的闪点信号检测方法以及基于模糊逻辑控制算法的脉宽调制控温方式,给出了部分单元电路、温度控制主程序以及上位机数据采集界面的设计与实现。实验表明该测试系统具有测量精度高、测量范围宽和操作简便等优点,完全能够满足石油产品闪点测定的高精度温度控制要求。

Abstract:This paper presents the design of the flash-point testing system based on single-chip ADuC824 from the aspects of hard- ware and software, and this system uses flash-point detecting method based on photoelectric sensor and the temperature control method of pulse breadth modulating based on fuzzy logic arithmetic, and the partial unit circuit, main temperature control program and date collection interface are offered. Tests show this system has the advantages of high measure precision, wide measure scope and operating simply. It can content the request of high precision temperature control of oil flash-point test.
