内模控制在锅炉燃烧系统中的应用研究

摘    要:针对锅炉燃烧系统具有大纯滞后的特点,设计了一种新型的自适应内模控制器。该控制器以空气量和燃烧量作为输入量,蒸汽压力作为输出量,用户用汽量的变化作为干扰量,并增加滤波器来消除扰动的影响,对锅炉燃烧系统进行控制。仿真结果表明,与普通PID控制比较,本论文设计的内模控制器能大大改善大时滞系统的控制品质,并且抗干扰能力强。

Abstract:This paper designs a new type of adaptive Internal Model Controller, according to the large time delay character of boiler burning system. The inputs of the controler are the air and the fuel, the output is the steam press, the disturbance is the load. And by adding a filter the controller can eliminate the influence of disturbance. The simulation shows that Internal Model Control can improve the characteristics of the control system with large time delay and the ability of disturbance suppressing for Internal Model Control is better than for PID control,
