摘    要:本文介绍了一种实用并联UPS监控系统的设计,它具有对UPS系统现场监控和网络监控的能力。该系统现场监控功能是基于DSP,CAN总线技术,并采用了ACM240128A大屏幕LCM,网络监控由RS232接口和SNMP接口实现,本文给出了其系统的总体结构、CANBUS与DSP,DSP与LCM的接口示意电路以及远程监控接口相关的硬件接口,软件设计上给出了CAN在PeliCAN模式下初始化程序流程图,LCM初始化程序流程图等设计。该监控系统具有实用,运行稳定、可靠,成本适中的特点。

Abstract:This paper introduces the practical design of supervision system in the parallel UPS. The supervision system can realize real-time supervision of parallel UPS in working field and meet the demand of remote monitor. The design of supervision in working field is based on DSP, CANBUS, used of ACM240128A LCM, and remote monitor is realized by RS232 communication and SNMP interface. The designs of the relational hardware illustrates the total frame, CANBUS-DSP,DSP-LCM interface circuit, remote monitor relational interface design and the design of software provides some initialization flow diagrams such as CAN based on the PeliCAN mode and LCM in this paper,etc. The supervision system is practical, stable, reliable, and costs moderately.
