| 摘 要： | 网络技术的不断发展,传统的网络拥塞控制体系已经不能适用于当前的高性能网络拥塞控制的需求。本文在总结现有拥塞控制机制的基础上提出了一种基于当前高性能网络的拥塞控制体系,通过对已有研究成果的分析,验证了本文所提出的网络拥塞控制体系的有效性。

| Abstract: | Because of the development of network technology, the traditional congestion control system of it can' t meet the requirement of the high performance of network congestion control. A new congestion control system based on the high performance of network was introduced in the paper according to the summary of existing congestion control mechanism. After analyzing the existing research result, the validity of this new system was proved. |
