| 摘 要： | 实现了基于Delphi的汽车行驶记录仪数据管理系统的设计。介绍了系统的整体结构,并详细说明了各个模块的主要功能和设计的方法。介绍了本系统通过PC机的串口对IC卡中所存储的数据进行读写的方法。
