摘    要:功图量油技术主要通过示功图来实现对油井产液量的自动测量。针对目前量油技术的一些不足,提出一些改进,通过梯度法对原始功图载荷位移数据进行计算,确定功图的拐点,再通过同心椭圆逼近示功图的方法来筛选出油井的凡尔开闭点,进而得到油井泵的有效冲程来计算油井的产量。本文所研究的功图量油技术在手持android终端量油系统得到了实现,并且在实际应用中得到了验证,目前在江苏油田得到了广泛应用。

Abstract:Indicator diagram evaluation is mainly based on Dynamometer Card. Aiming at the technology shortcomings in the present oil amount, this paper made some modifications. In order to determine the inflection point of the diagram, a gradient method was calculated on the original diagram data, and then filtered out the oil well valve opening and closing points by appropriate algorithm. After obtaining the effective stroke of the oil well pump, the yield of oil wells can be calculated. The technology has been achieved in the amount of oil system, and has been verified in practical applications in Jiangsu Oilfield.
