预测控制和前馈控制在混凝投药中的应用

针对自来水厂混凝投药过程存在的时滞、非线性等特点,研究混凝投药的工作原理,分析水处理系统实际的生产数据后,提出一种混凝投药控制方案。该控制方案采用流量比例前馈控制与预测控制相结合,实现对混凝投药的复合控制。实验仿真结果表明,提出的预测控制有效实现了混凝投药量的大小控制,再结合比例前馈控制方法,使投药量能够实时在线地根据原水水质的情况进行及时调整。

Application of Predictive Control and Feed-forward Controlin Coagulant Dosing

Against to the characters of delay and nonlinear in coagulant dosing process of water treatment system,after researching principle of coagulant dosing,analyzing real production data,a control method is proposed in this paper.It is taken flowing proportional feed-forward control combined with predictive control.It realized the combined control to coagulant dosing.Through simulation: it is realized the control on coagulant dosing effectively by predictive control proposed in this paper and is combined with proportional feed-forward control that made coagulant dose rectified at real time by raw water’s quality.
