全对位二胺的合成及其聚酰亚胺的应用研究

摘    要:用对苯二酚和对氯硝基苯反应,合成了1,4_双(4_硝基苯氧基)苯(BNB),用水合肼还原后得到全对位二胺单体1,4_双(4_氨基苯氧基)苯(BAB)。用BAB与多种二酐合成出多种聚酰胺酸,并在二层法挠性覆铜板(2L_FCCL)的应用方面做了一些探索。表明其相应的2L_FCCL具有良好的耐锡焊性能和较低的吸水率等优良性能。

Abstract:P-phenylenediamine reacted to p-choronitrobenzene,and 1,4-bis(4-nitrophenyloxy) benzene(BNB) was synthesized.Then BNB was reduced with hydrazine hydrate,and a novel diamine monomer 1,4-bis(4-aminophenyloxy) benzene(BAB) was gained.Various polyimides were synthesized from BAB with various dianhydrides.The polyimides applied to two-layer flexible copper clad laminate(2L-FCCL) were researched,the 2L-FCCL showes excellent solder resistance and low water-absorption.
