摘    要:大电网互联容易造成电力系统低频振荡,随着我国电力系统规模的不断扩大,区域间低频振荡限制了互联系统间的输电能力,并危及到电力系统安全运行。因此针对互联系统的弱阻尼问题,首先比较了目前抑制低频振荡的常规措施,而特高压交流线路上出现的约0.13 Hz的超低频振荡现象利用有限的电力系统稳定器(PSS)难以抑制,故采用并联储能型柔性交流输电系统(FACTS)装置进行抑制。通过分析并联储能型FACTS装置抑制低频振荡的机理,根据相角补偿原理设计了并联储能型FACTS装置的附加阻尼控制器,并在电力系统分析综合程序(PSASP)环境下进行仿真计算。仿真结果表明,含附加阻尼控制器的并联储能型FACTS装置能有效抑制特高压交流线路的功率振荡,可以增强互联系统阻尼比,能够提高华中电网和华北电网联网的稳定水平。
