电力电缆接头测温系统的设计

摘    要:电缆接头是电缆的薄弱环节,电缆接头温度是反映其运行状态的重要参数。为及时准确了解电缆接头的运行状况,设计了电缆接头温度在线监测系统。首先根据传热学理论,分析电缆接头的传热形式和特点,应用有限元分析软件求解电缆接头的温度场分布。然后根据光纤Bragg光栅(FBG)的传感原理,采用热反应灵敏的光纤光栅传感器和精度较高的微型光谱仪设计测温系统,其中对传感器进行优化设计,并通过包绕方式安装传感器。该系统不受电磁辐射的干扰和光源波动的影响;传感器可在一条光纤上串接复用,实现准分布式测量。实验表明,该系统可以实时监测电缆接头的温度变化,实现电缆事故预警。
