电磁脉冲模拟器仿真与实验研究

摘    要:为了获得电磁脉冲模拟器工作区间内瞬态电磁场的分布情况并用时域有限差分法对自建的电磁脉冲模拟器进行了建模和数值仿真,并用三维瞬态电场测量系统和瞬态磁场测量系统实际测量了模拟器工作区间内的瞬态电磁场。仿真和测量结果表明,该电磁脉冲模拟器可产生上升沿为20~30ns的强电磁脉冲,且二者吻合较好。基于建立的模型得到了有界波电磁脉冲模拟器工作区间内瞬态电磁场的分布规律:电磁脉冲强度由工作区间中心向两侧逐渐减小,随高度的增加,电磁脉冲强度逐渐增大。基于上述模型通过数值仿真可检验电磁干扰和电磁防护实验结果的准确性。

Abstract:In order to achieve the distribution of transient electromagnetic field in working region of bounded-wave EMP simulator, the model of bounded-wave EMP simulator is founded and numerical simulation of bounded-wave EMP simulator is carried out by using FDTD Method in this paper. The methods to deal with metal line bar, the exciter and load resistor of bounded-wave EMP simulator are discussed emphatically: metal line bar is substituted by ideal metal plane, the exciter is double-exponent voltage pulse source that is achieved by analyzing two-order discharging circuit and lumped resistor substitutes load resistor. Transient electromagnetic field is measured in working region of bounded-wave EMP simulator by using three-dimension transient electric field measurement system and transient magnetic field measurement system, the results of simulation and the measured results both indicate: self-constructed bounded-wave EMP simulator can bring EMP whose rise time is from 20ns to 30ns, durative time is from 500ns to 800ns, the comparisons between simulated results and measured results demonstrate that numerical results agree with the experimental results. By the use of the model that the author founds, it is concluded that the distribution law of transient electromagnetic field in working region of bounded-wave EMP simulator: the amplitude of transient electromagnetic field decreases gradually from the center to two sides in working region of bounded-wave EMP simulator, with the height increasing , the amplitude of transient electromagnetic field increases. Accuracy of the results of electromagnetic interference and electromagnetic protection experiments can be checked based on founded model of bounded-wave EMP simulator.
