特高压交流V型悬式绝缘子串空间位置确定的方法

摘    要:针对特高压交流试验示范工程中所用特高压V型悬式绝缘子串的空间位置难以准确定位的问题,提出了特高压V型悬式绝缘子串中各片绝缘子空间位置的一种计算方法。首先分析了悬式绝缘子串、金具、扩径导线组合结构的受力模型;其次通过试验总结出扩径导线上下挂点荷载的分配规律,为特高压V型悬式绝缘子串的空间定位明确边界条件;然后分析了特高压V型悬式绝缘子串的竖向荷载对其空间定位的影响,采用状态方程回归得到各片绝缘子空间位置;最后通过与实际试验结果对比分析,验证了所提计算方法的准确性。该计算方法为设计院在后续特高压工程中进行均压环设计提供了准确的参数。

Abstract:Focussing on difficulty in exactly fixing the positions of UHV V-style suspension insulators in UHV AC demonstration project,we proposed a method to calculate the positions of them.Firstly,we analyzed the force model of combined structure of UHV V-style suspension insulators,fittings,and extended diameter conductors.Secondly,we summarized the load distribution of extended diameter conductors between upper hanging point and lower junction point from test data to clarify the boundary condition for the spatial position of UHV V-style suspension insulators.Finally,we analyzed the effect of vertical load on spatial position for UHV V-style suspension insulators,and applied an equation to get the position of each insulator.Compared with those of actual test,the results show that the proposed method improves accuracy.The method can accurately calculate the spatial position of each insulator in UHV V-style suspension insulators,and provide accurate parameters for equalizing ring design in subsequent UHV engineering projects.
