有感于美国西部电网大停电

据报载，美国西部地区近来连续发生了几次大停电事故，虽然事故的发展过程迄今不清楚，但引起如此大面积停是怕关键原因似可归结为：由于并联回路间突然大负荷转移产生的连锁反应，本对我国电力系统的设计和运行由此可能获得的教益进行了讨论。

THOUGHTS AND FEELINGS ABOUT THE WHOPPING POWER FAILURES OCCURRED IN WESTERN PART OF THE U.S.A.

It is reported that consecutive whopping powEr failures had been occurred in western part of the U. S. A. Recently. Although the evolving processes are stil not clearAt this time, the crucial reason triggering these wide-spreaded Blackouts might be suggested as being attributed to cascading which was induced by sudden transferring of largepower flows berween parallel circuits. What learnings, benefiting to the design and operation of our native power systems, could be acquired will be discussed in this paper.
