| Abstract: | A method of calculating the inherent parameters of MOA used in power system to restrict the surge voltage is presented. The purpose of this research is to determine he relation between inherent parameters of MOA and its data from on-line detection. Two problems are discussed in this paper, one is the calculation of the on-line in-herent parameters (B, 5 and C) of MOA, the another is the evaluation of performance of MOA according to the con-cerned standard. The result of measurement and test shows that the performance of a running MOA can be monitored by a computer when the data from real-time detection are registered. |
