基于灰包络负荷预测的日前市场购电策略

摘    要:首先将电力负荷确定为一个灰数,应用灰包络预测方法分别预测各点负荷的包络带,然后根据灰色线性规划理论建立一种基于灰包络负荷预测的日前市场购电决策模型,给出了适合工作日的日前购电策略,该策略能够为电力购买者提供购电依据。最后通过IEEE24节点算例系统验证了该算法的可行性和优越性。

Abstract:In this paper, firstly the loads are regarded as grey numbers and the grey wrapping prediction method is applied to forecast the wrapping band of load at each node; then according to grey linear programming theory, based on grey wrapping load prediction an electricity purchase decision-making strategy model for day-ahead electricity market is established and a day-ahead electricity purchase strategy is given. Taking IEEE 24-bus system for example, calculation results show that the proposed method is feasible and predominant, and is available for reference to electricity purchasers.
