| 摘 要： | 在西电东送、全国联网，系统规划和资源优化的工作中，涉及到打破垄断引入竞争机制，政企分开，明确政府和企业的权责，制定正确的电价机制和建立有效的管理体制等问题，根据电力工业的特点和我国电力工业的现状，为促进我国电力工业更加迅速和更加有效的发展，对上述4问题进行了探讨，并提出了相关的建议。

| Abstract: | In the works of transmitting electric power from West China to East China,nationwide interconnection of power grids,power system planning and optimal utilization of energy sources,several problems such as breaking monopoly,leading in competitive mechanism,separating government function from enterprise management,establishing correct electricity pricing system and effective management structure of electric power industry are dealt with.To promote the development of China's electric power industry quickly and effectively,according to the features of electric power industry and the present situation of China's electric power industry the above mentioned problems are discussed and some relevant suggestions are put forward. |
